The supply of tapware products is most seamless to countries whose plumbing fittings match Australian Standards (BSP fittings). Other countries like the United States may require extra components to make a particular set function and this is best discussed with our sales staff as we have experience with solutions for this.

We are able to supply the majority of our bathroom accessories to most countries.

As of 2024, with the ongoing split of many of the technical standards between Australia and New Zealand, we have regretfully decided that supply into the New Zealand market is no longer viable.

International sales are then generally handled using PayPal as the payment method. Exports from Australia are not subject to Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) so please use the Ex GST product values as a guide for pricing. Please note that your government may impose import duties at your location and these values are not included in the pricing on our website. The international freight company used to transit the items will contact you upon import to assist with these fees if applicable.
