Manufacturing Capability

Consolidated Brass retains a fully fledged machine shop that allows us to produce our high quality tapware and accessories. We are also component manufacturers for various other industries outside of tapware including electrical and automotive restoration.

Our machining capabilities include robot fed & bar fed CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, a clipping press, a forging press & gravity casting, an EDM and a full tool room. Our fabrication capabilities include welding, soldering, and pipe & tube bending.

We are capable of making one off bespoke items (custom grates, cabinet handles, fountains) or replicating broken components.

We have a fully fledged metal polishing shop including one of the most sophisticated robot polishing cell setups in the Southern Hemisphere.

We also have a highly skilled manual polishing staff.

Metal Restoration Services / Electro-plating of Items

Please contact us for a quote, usually we will require at minimum a photo and dimensions of what is requiring restoration. If a physical inspection is required to be able to quote we will advise and assist with arranging transportation.

Items should be well protected and well labelled for transport to us as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost or damaged in transit.
